Inga Schörmann (bio verlag GmbH)

Everything starts with an idea, and then? In her talk, Inga Schörmann from bioverlag will tell us how it can go on. bioverlag is the publisher of Schrot & Korn, BioHandel and Cosmia, with a particularity – in 2011, bio verlag was bought by its employees. Since then, three things have been in their hands: the capital, the decisions and the success. A unique corporate governance that breaks up classic hierarchical relationships. How does this employee involvement take place? We’re looking forward to this exciting impulse!

You know him from Get Engaged, Bus der Begegnungen, Karma Classics, CrowdLove, Startup Incubator Berlin, #3min, and if not, you’ll know him soon: Shai Hoffmann is Keynote-Speaker at our Impact Lab #1! The topic: “How to put your beliefs into action?” – because who could tell you more stories, tips and tricks about it than him? We’re delighted to have such a multifaceted and impressive Social Entrepreneur and activist on board!
