The side program
14:00 – 14:15 Talk: Von der kleinen Idee zum mitarbeitergeführten Unternehmen
Inga Schörmann (bio verlag GmbH)
Everything starts with an idea, and then? In her talk, Inga Schörmann from bioverlag will tell us how it can go on. bioverlag is the publisher of Schrot & Korn, BioHandel and Cosmia, with a particularity – in 2011, bio verlag was bought by its employees. Since then, three things have been in their hands: the capital, the decisions and the success. A unique corporate governance that breaks up classic hierarchical relationships. How does this employee involvement take place? We’re looking forward to this exciting impulse! (in German)

We’re delighted to have such a multifaceted and impressive Social Entrepreneur and activist on board!
17:45 – 18:15 Discussion: Changing the system from within
Business for a good cause: is that possible? How do we create impact, how can we change existing structures? Are entrepreneurial instruments suitable for solving systemic challenges? We’ll discuss these questions with Markus Sauerhammer (chairman of Social Entrepreneurship Netzwerk Deutschland), Lisa Wiedemuth (Quartiermeister) and Lukas Küttner (Ostmost) in our closing panel. We’ll gladly continue the conversation with you over a drink – you can already guess what we’ll be drinking 😉
And at the end…
